Here in the U.S., we’ll be celebrating Thanksgiving tomorrow–that means mountains of mashed potatoes, rivers of gravy, a bird dressed in delectable finery.
In case you haven’t noticed by our radio silence, we here at the Bibliophile’s Adventurers club have decided to take the week off. We’ll be taking in the good stuff–friends and family, good food and flowing drink, long walks and good reads.
We hope the same might be said of you.
For as we count our blessings in the coming days, you, dear readers, will be near the top of the list. In the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, “[We] awoke this morning with devout thanksgiving for [our] friends, the old and new.”
